WHAT TO DO WHEN IN BRUGES

Hi there again! In today’s blog post I will take you in the city of Bruges and tell you what’s good there. I’ve visited Bruges about two weeks ago and decided to write a little blog post about it. Food, culture, buildings, stores, I will add it all down below. Make sure to share this with your friends, family or just anyone or anyhow you’d like to send it (to)!

#1 AROUND THE CITY – CULTURE

Bruges always inspired me to go to but I never really made it there until some weeks ago and it was magnificent! Old houses, breathtaking architecture and cozy streets connects people with style. I like the low houses that Bruges is surrounded with. I feel like Bruges some kind of combination of Ghent, Antwerp & Brussels, all three beautiful cities but than in one place of course.

5. The river “The Reien”

#2 AROUND THE CITY – FOOD & DRINKS

The main attraction of Belgium is certainly food and drinks, so I will compile some restaurants, bars, coffeeshops and hip taverns so you can make your trip in Bruges even more delicious. I went to a modern waffle shop called ‘Go.fre’ which literally means “gauffres” in French or waffles in English (just a fancy name). Around the city, like anywhere else, you will also find the normal restaurants like Mc.Donalds, Burger King, Starbucks, etc.

#3 AROUND THE CITY – STORES

Practically in the city center, you will see stores like Zara, Jack & Jones, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, Body Shop, etc. – the basic stuff. But I can guarantee you you will see some cute stores as well, like this really beautiful looking Christmas-store I passed (pictures are down below). I haven’t made pictures of the basic stores.
